MG Invest
A premium bilingual presence for a Bulgarian investment group.

Desktop view
Overview
MG Invest is a Bulgarian investment company developing residential projects, hospitality, green energy, and sports infrastructure, with offices in Pleven and Varna and a representative office in Tel Aviv. We built its new website — the company's main tool for presenting its portfolio to home buyers, investors, and partners — working from MG Invest's own design, which we refined during the build.
The challenge
The site had to speak to three audiences at once: people looking for a home in one of the residential projects, investors weighing a partnership, and partners in Bulgaria and abroad. That meant a premium, architecture-led look that matches the quality of the projects, two complete language versions, and a structure that lets each audience find its way quickly — from four investment sectors down to individual developments.
What we built
We built a 15-page site in Bulgarian and English: a homepage, a page for each of the four sectors, a residential portfolio with dedicated pages for MARKOVO, HASU, SHIVANA, and ENSO, plus about, investment partnerships, contacts, and the legal pages. Everything is hand-written HTML, CSS, and a few kilobytes of vanilla JavaScript — no CMS, no framework — so pages load fast despite large architectural visuals, served as responsive WebP. Animated figures respect reduced-motion settings, analytics loads only after cookie consent, and structured data describes the projects, offices, and contacts.
Highlights
- Fully bilingual — 15 pages each in Bulgarian and English, linked with hreflang
- Dedicated pages for four residential developments and four investment sectors
- Hand-coded HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript — no CMS, no framework
- Consent-first analytics: tracking loads only after the visitor agrees
- Structured data for projects, offices, contacts, and opening hours
